Pick the amount you want to give and contact us by WhatsApp or through the form. We'll confirm within 24 hours.
Once confirmed, you pay by Bizum or bank transfer. We email you the digital voucher — ready to forward, print or show on screen.
The person who receives it books whenever they want, within the year of validity. They just mention it when booking.
All vouchers are valid for one calendar year from the date of purchase. If something unexpected comes up, get in touch.
Anyone can use the voucher — not just the buyer. It's a gift, not a personal card.
Once issued, the voucher can't be exchanged for cash. It can be exchanged for another voucher of the same value.
The voucher is redeemed with a booking. Just mention it when you call or message us — we'll take care of it.
Several vouchers can be used on the same visit. If the bill is higher than the voucher, the difference is paid.
If the voucher is worth more than the bill, the balance stays available for another visit within the year.
We usually send it the same day or the next working day after the payment is confirmed. If it's urgent, message us and we'll prioritise it.
Of course. You can buy several at once, to give to different people or to combine. Message us and we'll take care of it.
